Extension of a house from the 1920s, with the creation of a master bedroom and an office with redefinition of the entrance, and redevelopment of the existing house.
Inserted in a very urban setting built on small parcels before the war, the wood frame extension develops a very graphic design of verticals, alternating tall windows and gray-colored viroc sidings that contrast with the existing house. The entrance has been redefined at the ground floor as the extension to allow accessibility for people with reduced mobility; a very sober canopy glass protects the front door. The inside develops warm tones with muted shades of gray and pastels, while the traditional parquet is protected by gray oil that makes it all perfectly healthy and natural.
