Close to a village in the Geneva countryside, this massive house condensed on the street side increases urban density while preserving the privacy of family life with narrow openings (arrowslits), mirror glass. The house hides its south side, where it spreads and opens widely onto the garden and view through an impressive amount of bay windows. Recessed thresholds decrease transitions between interior and terraces. The minimal design highlights the volumetric work, the horizontal lines, and finishing. Interior in collaboration with DORGA.
