Because the land for this house was too narrow and too steep to build a way in, the house was connected to the road was a slab, making a bridge. In continuity with this functional logic we placed the living room and kitchen under the garage and bedrooms under the living room. Openings are alternating between small cubes and bay windows, the rigid volumetry is broken by materials change: larch siding / coated masonry. The wooden terrace is reported against the masonry structure to avoid thermal bridges. The corrugated iron roof perfectly follows the zoning imposed by the urbanism regulations of the municipality.
