Project Description

This project follows the division of a land, the flat portion being previously built 30 years ago, therefore the most difficult part remained, with a slope of more than 35%, but with a very beautiful view on the west side. The house rests on mixed foundations: footings set into the slope and insulated wells supporting the pillars of the construction. Against the facade superimposing the three levels of the house, a very light steel and wood terrace comes to cling, it is the only flat part outside of the house: it gives the impression that it is floating between sky and earth, in the middle of a stunning view.
